I have the expertise to lead speaking events on a variety of nutrition topics including workplace wellness, lunch & learns, anti-inflammatory eating, plant-based eating, nutrition basics, conference presentations, healthy eating & aging, eco-friendly eating, grocery store tours, pantry building for healthy meals, cooking classes, birthday parties, postpartum nutrition, navigating diet trends, understanding food labels or any ideas of your own.
Teaching & Freelance Lecturing
I have lectured in universities, colleges and schools across Ontario including the University of Toronto, Ryerson University and Humber College.
My experience in clinical nutrition and acute care allows me to be able to speak expertly on a variety nutrition topics. Examples include cardiac nutrition for physicians and nurses, food addiction, cancer nutrition and palliative care nutrition.
