Food is meant to be celebrated, yet it has been twisted into a moral guide that often leaves us feeling defeated. This can be extremely frustrating given the huge impact food has on our health. As a registered dietitian, my goal is to tackle this with positivity and encouragement to help anyone build a better relationship with food. The blog is my space for helping you achieve this.
